Each conversation is fully transcribed, summarised, and — where concerns are identified — flagged to the clinical team.
The AI Care Companions is not a diagnostic or clinical decision support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must never replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Clinicians must exercise independent professional judgement in all clinical decision-making.

When using the AI Care Companions, you agree to the following:
